Our goal is to provide consistent schedules, while also offering flexible hours to accommodate your availability. Daytime and evening shifts are available.Key Responsibilities
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and build lasting relationships with seniors.
- Home Support: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
- Transportation: Provide safe transport for appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence care, and transfers.
- Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time.
- Specialized Training: Receive comprehensive training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
Skills and Qualifications
- Compassionate, respectful, and patient approach to caregiving.
- Availability for weekend shifts (part-time or full-time).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Must pass background checks, DMV checks, and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license, Social Security card, and auto insurance.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
