Job description: Job Description:OverviewThe Recruitment Manager will provide leadership in designing and executing recruitment strategies and delivery of recruitment services to meet business and operational needs of assigned departments and services lines within Fairview. They will ensure recruitment best practices, lead projects, manage and develop a recruitment team, including managing to budgets and outcomes, and work with areas across HR (such as Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, DEI, HR Strategy) on cross-functional initiatives.The Recruitment Manager has accountability for the management of people, finances, and recruitment operations and outcomes within designated service lines of Fairview Health Services. The Recruitment Manager will also assist the System Director of Recruitment and other HR leaders with strategic planning, assure that customers and strategic goals and objectives are the focus of all business activities, and that employee engagement and satisfaction is an essential ingredient within all efforts.Join our dedicated team of Talent Aquisition professionals.
Responsibilities Job Description
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and direction for Recruitment Specialists including design, development, implementation, and continual evaluation of recruitment operations to ensure a well-articulated philosophy of recruitment and successful execution of process ensuring hiring of top talent.
- Streamline and optimize talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, including data analysis, hiring forecasts, report generation, and insights to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies and practices.
- Identify and lead cultural transformation around recruitment to meet Fairview’s strategic goals.
- Ensure implementation and administration of recruitment at a high level of service satisfaction, accuracy, and efficiency utilizing standard processes, technology, and proven recruitment best practices.
- Develop, organize, implement, execute, and evaluate effective recruitment operations for Fairview.
- Provide direction for recruitment staff including hiring, orienting, coaching, evaluating and effectively managing performance to ensure recruitment staff possess the needed skills to deliver high quality service to customers.
- Manage people, finances and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging.
QualificationsRequiredEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
Experience
- 6 years progressive HR experience including talent acquisition experience demonstrating increased responsibility and including in depth knowledge recruiting process, strategies and of applicant tracking systems
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment leadership
PreferredEducation
- Master’s degree in human resources or business preferred
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in healthcare in a multi-union, multi-site environment
License/Certification/Registration
- SHRM or other related HR certifications
