With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented and experienced Portal Administrator to join our team.Job Summary: As the Portal Administrator, you will be responsible for managing as a conduit between Sales, Accounting and our Customer’s. Responsibilities:
- – Maintain and manage the customers portal AR daily report
- Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve any customer dispute
- Maintain user access control, ensuring appropriate permissions and security settings are in place
- Set up new customer portal accounts as requested by the customer
- Uploading invoices int various customer payment portals
- Continuous tracking of invoices from submission to payment completion
Requirements:
- Excellent communication aptitude with various levels thought the organization
- Ability to work independently and find resolutions themselves
- Prior experience with customer portals, with the ability to navigate through the customer’s software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a positive attitude and strong initiative
- Knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable billing processes
- Strong follow-up skills
Work Environment:
- On site office environment requires walking, standing, or sitting for several hours at a time
- Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail
