Parts of Karachi receive drizzle amid cloudy conditions

Karachi experienced light drizzle on Monday, bringing relief from the dry weather as cloudy conditions persisted across the city.
Light drizzle reported in multiple areas of Karachi, with parts of the city including Saddar, North Nazimabad, Soldier Bazar, Defence, and Qayyumabad receiving rain.
Reports attributed the light showers to a weak tail of a western disturbance. “A bit of instability is being observed at lower and middle tropospheric levels, which is causing weak rainy cloud formation in the far west of Karachi in the Arabian Sea.”
Motorcyclists have been advised to drive cautiously, as wet roads may become slippery.
