Pakistan registers 2,414 new corporations in February

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) registered 2,414 new corporations in February 2023, bringing the entire variety of registered corporations to 187,569, it mentioned in a press release on Saturday.
The entire paid-up capital (capitalization) of the businesses included in February was Rs2.5 billion.
Roughly 57% of companies have been registered as non-public restricted corporations, 40% as single-member companies, and three% as restricted legal responsibility partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, and unlisted public corporations (LLP).

A serious chunk of funding was obtained from China with 27 corporations, South Korea with 05 corporations, the UK and the USA with 04 every, Afghanistan and Germany with 3 every, Japan and Singapore with 2 every, and eight corporations from different nations.
