The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) registered 2,414 new corporations in February 2023, bringing the entire variety of registered corporations to 187,569, it mentioned in a press release on Saturday.
The entire paid-up capital (capitalization) of the businesses included in February was Rs2.5 billion.
Roughly 57% of companies have been registered as non-public restricted corporations, 40% as single-member companies, and three% as restricted legal responsibility partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, and unlisted public corporations (LLP).
