Meet RFK’s newly married niece Mariah Kennedy Cuomo: Andrew Cuomo’s daughter just wore a Vera Wang gown to marry Tellef Lundevall, and regularly hangs out at the White House with Joe Biden
Kennedy Cuomo and Lundevall tied the knot at the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, as many of her relatives have. Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger got married in Hyannis in 1986, and Sarah Kennedy, Chris Kennedy’s daughter, got married at the compound in August 2023.

Kennedy Cuomo and Lundevall exchanged vows outside, overlooking the Nantucket Sound in front of 400 guests, as the bride told Vogue. Her father, former governor of New York Andrew Cuomo, walked her down the aisle.
The bride wore a Vera Wang gown to the wedding, as she told Vogue. The strapless dress featured lace detailing on the bodice and a full skirt, while Lundevall chose a navy suit and grey tie.

In addition to her wedding gown, Kennedy Cuomo changed into a Clio Peppiatt minidress for their after-party. The celestial dress is a white version of the one Taylor Swift – who dated the bride’s cousin Conor Kennedy in 2012 – wore on her birthday in December 2023. It retails for US$1,943.

Kennedy Cuomo, 29, is the middle child of politician Andrew Cuomo and daughter of Robert F. Kennedy Kerry Kennedy, who were married from 1990 to 2005. Kennedy Cuomo also has a twin sister named Cara, and a younger sister called Michaela.
Kennedy Cuomo is the founder and CEO of Socrates Social, a strategic advisory firm that helps CEOs and brands with “world-class social media strategies” and creating “groundbreaking content” according to its website.
She has A-list friends

As seen on her Instagram page – and as you might expect – Kennedy Cuomo runs in high society circles. In 2018, she posted a photo with Johnny Depp’s ex-wife Amber Heard at the Global Citizen Festival, and was seen posing with Italian blogger and businesswoman Chiara Ferragni at the St. Moritz Gala in another.

Unsurprisingly, she has political connections too. She took pics with US president Joe Biden in March, and attended December’s White House Christmas party with her mum.
She’s been supportive of her controversial father

According to US media, Mariah stood by her father after seven women came forward with allegations of sexual harassment and bullying against him in 2021.

In March that year, Cuomo told assembled journalists that he had discussed the sexual-misconduct allegations with his daughters, saying: “I told them what I told you, which is I never touched anyone inappropriately. I never made any inappropriate advances, and no one ever told me that they felt, at the time, that I made them feel uncomfortable or awkward,” he said.
Cuomo later resigned as governor of New York after confirming he would not face an impeachment battle over the allegations.
