Meet Justin Theroux’s actress girlfriend, Nicole Brydon Bloom: she starred in The Gilded Age and Law and Order, is friends with Meryl Streep’s daughter Louisa Jacobson, and loves to travel
Actor, producer and screenwriter Justin Theroux has known the full Hollywood experience, having worked on hit films like Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003), American Psycho (2000) and Mulholland Drive (2001), gained producer credits for Tropic Thunder (2008) and White House Plumber (2023), and even voiced the character of Miles Knightly on popular animated TV show Rick and Morty.
He’s also been one-half of a high-profile couple, having previously married A-list actress Jennifer Aniston in 2015. The pair had a top secret wedding ceremony at Aniston’s lush Bel-Air home, but split amicably in 2018 and have remained friends since.
These days, Theroux, 53, is dating 29-year-old Nicole Brydon Bloom. The actress has built a Hollywood career of her own, having appeared in TV series like The Gilded Age (2002), The Affair (2014) and Law and Order (1999).

Per People, dating rumours began in February 2023 and the couple packed on the PDA at a dinner at New York’s Altro Paradiso restaurant a few months later. But it was only in March this year that they made a high profile red carpet debut at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party.

In a 2023 interview with Esquire alongside his long-time friend and fellow actor Woody Harrelson, Theroux said that he prefers to maintain a sense of privacy around his relationships: “Once you’re out of [the public eye], where I want all of my relationships to exist within the four walls of whatever room we’re in … people will always want to gossip and say things, but you have to find that balance.”

But just because he keeps his relationship with Bloom under the radar, that doesn’t mean the couple doesn’t know how to have fun. They often make low-key appearances at high-profile events. Case in point: just last month, they hung out among the audience at singer Olivia Rodrigo’s Philadelphia show
She’s besties with Theroux’s dog Kuma

An outspoken advocate for rescue animals, Theroux adopted Kuma – a pit bull mix – in 2018, per People, and even created an Instagram account for her. While building a relationship with Theroux, Bloom has created a connection with his beloved Kuma, too, often posting photos with the dog on Instagram.

The trio get along so well that they often attend events together. Last year, Bloom and Theroux took Kuma to the Human Society’s To the Rescue! gala in New York and the December 2023 wedding of Bloom’s twin sister, Chrissy.

Bloom worked with Louisa Jacobson – daughter of Meryl Streep and Don Gummer – on the set of HBO’s The Gilded Age, and the pair have apparently remained close. They were pictured together at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscars after-party and often make appearances in each other Instagram posts.

When she’s not on set or at home with Theroux and Kuma, Bloom is often jetting to far flung locations around the world. Her Instagram highlights trips to Paris, Barcelona, Santorini and Zurich, as well as American destinations such as Palm Beach (Florida) Big Sky (Montana) and Newport (Rhode Island).
