Meet Alexandra Daddario’s hubby and baby daddy, Andrew Form: The White Lotus star is expecting her first child with her Hollywood film producer husband, who shares 2 kids with his ex Jordana Brewster

Alexandra Daddario, whom you may recognise from The White Lotus, is expecting her first child with husband Andrew Form, a film producer who’s worked on some of the scariest films of the past two decades.

Recently, Daddario told Elle that she is finally “embracing it”. Not because she and Form aren’t excited about becoming parents, but because “I had been pregnant [before this]. I had loss”. However, she is ready to “show it off” and is glowing like never before.

Before being able to fully revel in her pregnancy, she told Vogue that she was throwing up out of a car in the middle of the road and doing her best to disguise her condition from her Mayfair Witches colleagues. But they were quick to catch on.

While this is 38-year-old Daddario’s first child, Form has two sons from his previous marriage to actress Jordana Brewster: eight-year-old Rowan, and 10-year-old Julian.

Daddario calls Form the “greatest, most formidable love of my life”, who gave her “the love they talk about in poems and Ed Sheeran songs” – but what else do we know about him?

Andrew Form is a prolific producer

The 55-year-old has produced some of the most iconic horror films in Hollywood, including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Friday the 13th (2009), The Purge franchise, A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), and the Quiet Place franchise. At the same time, you’ll also find works like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) and IF (2024) in his filmography.

Form was once listed among the “30 most powerful film producers in Hollywood” by The Hollywood Reporter, alongside his business partners Michael Bay and Brad Fuller, with whom he founded production company Platinum Dunes in 2001. After that, Form and Fuller founded Fully Formed Entertainment in 2018, but Form eventually left amid talks to join John Krasinski’s Sunday Night Productions as a partner.

Why did Andrew Form and Jordana Brewster split?

Form and his ex-wife Jordana Brewster met while working together on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning in 2005, on which he worked as a producer and she as an actress. They dated privately for a while and then married in 2007.

The couple welcomed both their sons via gestational surrogacy, but after 13 years of marriage, they divorced in 2021. “The combination of being apart for most of the year for many years and growing apart emotionally took its toll,” the Fast & Furious actress explained. Form reportedly received US$5 million from his ex-wife in their divorce settlement.

How did Andrew Form and Alexandra Daddario meet?

Form met his second wife completely by chance on a walk in New York City, and he immediately asked to take her out to dinner. This was during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, so the infatuated pair had their first date in the living room of the Greenwich Hotel. They fell in love, got engaged in 2021, and married in 2022 in New Orleans.

They shared a million-dollar mansion

Form and Daddario bought a house before they got married, but this was no ordinary house. It was a US$7.3 million mansion in Hancock Park, Los Angeles, where they reportedly lived for 16 months. However, in 2023, they sold the house for US$7.7 million, and while the couple’s current address is not known, Daddario has posted often about an apartment that they appear to be renovating. It seems she’s drawing a lot of inspiration for their eclectic home from the Irish countryside.

He’s a philanthropist

Last year, Form joined his wife to work with Feeding America and the Urban Outreach Centre of NYC during the holiday season. To give back to the community and spread the holiday cheer, the couple and his children helped with putting together packaged meals for local community members.
