Job description: Labor and Employment Attorney PositionAn established law firm is excited to expand its team by hiring a Labor and Employment Attorney! We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a passion for labor and employment law. - 2-15 years of litigation experience preferred
- Background or strong interest in labor & employment law
- Experience or enthusiasm for cases involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, workplace investigations, etc.
- Proficiency in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation
- Pre-trial and/or trial experience in both state and federal courts
- Exceptional writing and research abilities
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collegial setting
- Must be licensed and in good standing in California
