- coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
- maintaining accurate project documentation
- monitoring project progress
- staying up to date on healthcare regulations and codes ensuring the project stays compliant
- attending project meetings
- completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders

- 3+ years of experience in construction
- a degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
- commercial construction experience required, healthcare projects preferred
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong time management and organizational skills

They are looking to strategically grow their team by bringing on an experienced Assistant Project Manager who feels ready to step into a Project Manager position in the next 6-12 months.The Junior Project Manager – Healthcare Renovations/Interiors – MD will receive:
