Jessica Alba has officially filed for divorce from Cash Warren, following their initial split announcement in January.
According to TMZ, the divorce was finalized on Friday, with Jessica filing her documents through renowned divorce attorney Laura Wasser, and Cash doing the same with attorney Adam Lipsic. Both filings align, and sources say the split is “extremely amicable.”
The couple is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their three children, aged 16, 13, and 7. As for their assets, all of it is considered community property, including Jessica’s Honest Company, valued at $623 million, and Cash’s co-founded company, Pair of Thieves, valued at around $100 million, though some sources believe it’s worth much more.
The couple lists their separation date as December 27, and despite the divorce, Cash was seen out with one of their children this week, without his wedding ring, appearing relaxed. Jessica and Cash married in 2008, marking a significant Hollywood relationship.
