Urgently needed for 
Human Resources (HR) Analyst
Company: Phenom People
- Build and present HR/TA reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis (WBR, MBR, QBR).
- Manage ongoing projects: such as the TA Dashboard and HR Dashboard, which are in progress to automate key metrics using Google Sheets.
- Conduct Workforce Compensation Analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Automate WBR/MBR/QBR reporting in Looker; collaborate with teams in India as needed.
- Generate HR Bi-Weekly Reports and engage in continuous Workforce Planning.
- Manage updates and maintenance for HRIS systems, namely Namely.
- Identify areas of improvement for talent analytics and HR metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy for C-suite reporting while providing recommendations for future developments.
- Work with product and analytics teams to build future reporting capabilities while leveraging the Phenom platform to report on critical matters.
- Support ad hoc reporting/analysis within a timely manner to meet critical business objectives.
- Partner with HR, TA, and other internal stakeholders to provide recommendations and actionable insights for development.
Work ExperienceWhat You’ve Done
- 5+ years experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and project management.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or a related field.
- Experience working with HR SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
- Extensive experience reporting using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Data analysis skills to conduct root cause investigations.
- Presentation skills to convert complex analysis into a user-friendly format.
- Knowledge of the Phenom platform is an asset.
