Finance Manager
Urgently needed for
Finance Manager
Company: BARE International
- Prepare and present financial statements on a weekly/monthly basis
- Prepare and implement budget/cost analysis/per client profitability
- Manage office cash flow and bank account reconciliations
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Complete (create reports, check data and post journal entries) the client billing and month-end closing
- Supervise and process payroll in collaboration with HR (Human Resource) and Paylocity
- Maintain inter-office overseas transactions when the US is involved
- Ensure timely outward remittances to vendors and evaluators.
- Examine financial data for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly and quarterly tax filings, as needed
- Collaborate with external accounting firms, consultants, and outsourcing partners
- Other duties, as assigned
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in preparing financial statements and financial analysis as needed for global reports
- Work with GM to improve ways to increase efficiency and profitability
- Cross department coordination
- Follow up on intercompany invoices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Three to five years’ experience in a similar role
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software and analytical tools
- Strong aptitude for learning new computer software and database principles; strong mathematical abilities
Key Knowledge Competencies:
- All Financial and Accounting guidelines and latest local laws/regulations updates
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and theory
- Self-starter personality, who works independently as well as along many internal departments

Expected salary: $80000 – 90000 per year
