In this role, you will manage and optimize our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for improving customer engagement in the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT, to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on e-commerce platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility for product pages.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Prepare reports on e-commerce performance, including sales figures, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the healthcare or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and report on e-commerce performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online advertising strategies is a plus.
