We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to work closely with account managers, ensuring a seamless client experience with our laboratory services. This role involves managing client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal departments, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred, along with front-facing customer service experience. Strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are critical for success in this role.Responsibilities
- Perform front-end clean-up tasks.
- Manage client inquiries, orders, and samples, ensuring timely resolutions and thorough follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective assistance and resolve client challenges.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings.
- Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management, including coordinating across departments to resolve client challenges and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail are critical.
- Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
