The candidate should possess excellent research and writing skills, with a drive to work directly with clients and develop relationships. The firm is very collaborative in nature with an employee first culture.The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. Be able to manage their own cases. - 3+ years’ experience in Employment litigation, including single plaintiff, wage & hour, and representative actions
- Skilled at drafting and arguing motions
- Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
- Strong academic credentials
- Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Member of the CA bar in good standing
