Job description: has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Healthcare Scheduling Manager for our client, a leading health support provider in Oregon! The Healthcare Scheduling Manager is a key player in ensuring successful staffing coverage for a dynamic, mission-driven organization known for its dedication to providing exceptional medical care.This role encompasses managing the entire cycle of employee time off and scheduling requests, maintaining records, and overseeing call-outs. The Healthcare Scheduling Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to implement efficient and effective scheduling practices, ensuring clear, timely communication at every stage of the process. This full-time onsite position is available for immediate hire in Beaverton, Oregon!RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the database is updated with accurate and timely information.Monitor and record visit verifications in the database.Develop and implement new caregiver schedules.Coordinate training shift schedules and oversee both daily and monthly shift scheduling.Reduce overtime usage and optimize the allocation of authorized hours.Ensure that all shifts are fully staffed.Handle calls on the emergency on-call line during the weekday after-hours rotation.Oversee and accurately record time off requests and scheduling issues.Manage and resolve matters related to missed clock-ins and clock-outs.Coordinate schedules to align with admissions and discharges.Document any changes to shifts and activities.QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of experience managing scheduling in a healthcare setting.Knowledgeable of best practices for handling patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Understanding of laws related to healthcare.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) and Outlook.Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to maintain accurate records.Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to document processes effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience), this exceptional role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, 14 days of vacation, 7 days of sick leave, additional PTO, and a performance-based bonus.
