- 2+ years litigation experience preferred
- Experience in labor & employment law preferred
- Experience or interest in retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, workplace investigations etc.
- Experience in written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, mediation
- Pre-trial and/or trial experience in state and federal matters
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Strong academic background
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
