- Monthly Close: Manage and oversee the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, balance sheet accounting, and operational revenue reports.
- Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable function.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Partnership with Directors: Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth.
- Regular monthly meetings are expected.
- Revenue-Generating Mindset: Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Certification: CPA is mandatory.
- Experience: Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.
- Expertise in multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.
- Software Proficiency: Great Plains Dynamics Salesforce NextGen
Compensation
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Bonus: Potential bonus of $20k to $40k of the base salary.
- Benefits: Excellent healthcare benefits, including profit sharing.
- Profit Sharing: Participate in the company’s profit-sharing program.
