The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in paid search, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies. You will play a pivotal role in planning and executing advanced paid search campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive audience engagement and conversions for our clients. As our primary paid search expert, you will excel in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising, delivering comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations while confidently engaging with clients and colleagues across all levels.What you will doClient Engagement and Growth:
- Partner closely with Media and client services teams to develop and present sophisticated paid search strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead the development of innovative paid search solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Take ownership of strategic planning for paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of complex paid search media campaigns, including setup, optimization, ad copy management, and budget allocation across multiple platforms.
- Oversee budget management and revenue generation across paid search platforms.
- Innovate and implement enhancements to campaigns and projects, aiming to boost performance.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, proposing solutions to address campaign challenges, and effectively communicate recommendations to the internal team.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and innovative campaign tactics.
Client Relationship Management:
- Interpret client and internal briefs to develop paid search strategies that achieve or surpass objectives.
- Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of briefs and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively articulating campaign strategies, performance results, and growth opportunities.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team and offshore team members, overseeing their professional development and ensuring high-quality delivery of paid search initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation to elevate overall team performance.
Industry Expertise and Innovation:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements in paid search and digital marketing, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive competitive advantage for our clients.
RequirementsWho you are:
- A seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing and optimizing complex paid search campaigns, preferably within an agency environment and B2C and B2B sectors.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising platforms, along with advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you will need:
- Several years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid search media campaigns across diverse platforms. Including planning, setup, optimizations, copy changes, budget management, and reporting against KPIs.
- Deep expertise in leveraging analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, demonstrating a strong understanding of attribution models and ROI analysis.
- Proven ability to craft compelling ad copy and tailor messaging to different target audiences.
- Familiarity with other paid media channels and tactics, and their integration into paid search strategies is a plus.
