1. The Drawing Room, The St Regis Hong Kong
The Drawing Room is aiming to raise the traditional afternoon tea experience to new heights in partnership with esteemed champagne house Perrier-Jouët. The set features a series of sweet and savoury delights presented in an elegant tiered tray, each meticulously crafted to echo the exquisite flavours of the maison’s Blason Rosé Champagne. From the delicate foie gras rose to the rosé champagne-infused panna cotta topped with white peach compote, every bite promises a new discovery.

The Upper House has teamed up with Net-a-Porter for an exclusive high tea amid the clouds. The ruby peach and vanilla choux combine the subtle fragrance of vanilla with the fresh zest of summer peaches, creating an aromatic layered delight.
